Our team handles repairs for your LA2L jewelry exclusively, under certain conditions.

If your jewelry was purchased less than 2 years ago, we will re-gild it free of charge in the event of proven alteration.

Chain reconnections, clasp or stone replacements for stones with a diameter of 2 mm or less, or repairing a setting when the stone has not been lost are covered by a lifetime warranty.

LA2L requests a contribution of €10 for certain more costly repairs such as soldering, enameling, or replacing a stone with a diameter of 3 mm or more.

Gilding for your LA2L jewelry that is more than 2 years old is also priced at €10.

We accept complete chain replacements starting at €15.

We welcome you to our two Parisian boutiques during opening hours to drop off your repair request.

Payment is made upon completion of the repair.
